What? Dogs Can’t Read!

Of course they can’t. But they can be great listeners.

Sadie, a yellow lab and registered therapy dog, loves for children of all ages to read to her.

Her owner, Rita Dulaney, accompanies Sadie to Volunteer at libraries, nursing homes, hospitals and schools.

Sadie brings lots of smiles to all who meet her! And with her unconditional respect, children see her as non-judgmental, which helps them to relax and enjoy the experience….even if they are just learning to read, or who just love to read and want to practice.
