Open Meeting Policy

 ” All regular monthly meetings of the Livonia Public Library take place at the Livonia Public Library on the second Monday of the month except June and July at 7:00 p.m.  Legal notices shall appear in the official newspaper of the Town Of Livonia and a schedule of the monthly meetings shall be posted on the public bulletin board.  Any deviation from the regularly scheduled meetings dates shall be reported to the media via printed legal notice at least one week in advance of such meeting using official newspaper or 24 hours in advance using other means of communication.  Any person who inquires, in person, or by telephone, concerning the date, time, and place of a meeting of the library board of trustees shall be so informed.”
